Ayrox's varsity esports team consisting of Ascendant and Immortal players have won premier last night in Elite 4. They faced 3 teams along their journey and it was not an easy one.

In the first match they played Project W, the team who placed right below them despite Ayrox missing out on 3 weeks. We face off in Haven taking an early 9-3 lead in the first half with little resistance from the enemy team. In the second half our domination would continue and with the lead being so high, they are helpless only taking one more round off us and we secure the match 13-4.

In the second match, things would be a little rockier as we would face the #1 team in our division, Tokyo Ghouls. We start off the game up 4-0 but this would be where things started falling apart slightly. Tokyo Ghouls would start winning post-plant after post-plant and almost tying up the score. At the end of the first half, we would be only slightly up 7-5. Second half though, things would quickly start looking like our first game taking 5 rounds off the and making the score 12-5. Getting that last round was a slight challenge with them taking 2 rounds in a row off us but our lead was cemented, we won round 19 and punched our ticket to the grand finals in our bracket.

In the final match, we woudl face pretty deadly but despite their name, the game did not turn out as expected. We would completely blow them out of the water with Ham and Fridge notably adding at the end "We weren't even trying." This would be the biggest blowout of them all and the first half would end 10-2 in our favour. Cyteri was absolutely hyped knowing victory was near and it was indeed near. After a close pistol round we would take it in our favour and basically claiming the trophy. The game would end with a score of 13-2 and we became premier champions.
